Each Lalunathepanda piece is made just for you, with little moments of care in every detail. 

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once your order is placed.

But if something doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry, we offer a 14-day exchange window from the day your order arrives. Just drop us a message at cs@lalunathepanda.store,  and we’ll do our best to help ✨

Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with exchanges subject to approval.

For our international friends, exchanges may be available depending on your location, with shipping and related fees covered by the customer. 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make things right for you!
